If this happens then the share price can increase dramatically because of the speculation that there may be a takeover bid at a considerably higher value that what the current share price is.

As long as you always keep an eye on what is happening in the market nothing should go horribly wrong.

In order to make a profit on penny shares, the share price needs to move substantially. The best investments in shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange or AIM but keep an eye out because you can find some great deals on other markets as well.

Once you get the hang of all the terminology penny shares are pretty easy and straight - forward to understand. Once you get the hang of it and know what you are doing they can prove to be valuable investments that are very beneficial to you.
