How professional does your site appear? Is it properly organized and easy to navigate? Would your prospects have a difficult time finding what they're looking for? How well have you payed attention to these details? What makes your site appealing? Does it have a fun, fresh look?

Hopefully these are questions that you've already asked yourself. If you haven't, ask them now. A good first impression is all about the details. Has your site won any design awards? Do you have any security certificates? If you can answer these questions in the affirmative, make sure you display them on your site. A nice award or certificate can go a long way towards establishing trust with your potential prospects.
