7.) Shop Consciously: Often times people shop for things that they don’t even need. This situation arises because of unconscious shopping habits. To avoid this, just make a list of things that you need to buy before you enter the store and stick to it. Do not shop for anything else apart from what you have on your list. Going to the shop with a brain based list will get you to shop for things that you don’t even need.
