If these amounts are not found in our diet our cells will not have the building blocks their need to repair and rebuild the damage caused by the daily breakdown and oxidative stress in our bodies. It is prudent that we help our bodies get the key or vital amounts of essential minerals and vitamins they need daily. So when we actually go looking for a multivitamin or a multi-mineral all we need to do is look for one that will compliment our lifestyle and help bridge the gap of the missing nutrients in our daily diet.
