You may have already been doing some push ups and site-ups. They are in fact excellent for your body and health. What is even better is that they are very simple and you can even perform them at home. However, you will need some more exercise if you would like to train your whole body.

In fact, you will need an exercise when can help you to burn the fat within your body. If you are trying to lose weight, you may go diet and this will do half of the job. As a matter of fact losing weight by going diet only may not be good for your health. You will need to train your muscles such that they become stronger. Only by doing that you will be losing weight healthily.

You may be curious if there is exercise which is as simple as push ups and sit-ups, and at the same time help you to burn fact and train the muscles. In fact, such exercise exists and it is called squat thrusts. As in the case of push ups and sit-ups, you do not need to pay a lot for gym subscriptions in order to do the exercise. You can perform it even at home!

It is not difficult to perform squat thrust. First of all you will put your hands on the floor, shoulder width apart, with the legs stretched, just like in the normal push up position. You will then try to bring both legs forward. You have to bring the legs forward such that they are underneath your body. You can do this by bending your knees and thrusting forward. And then you will try to return to the original position. You have to do it quick and every movement should be strong and powerful in order to make the exercise more effective.

Alternatively, you may also perform the exercise by firstly bring your right leg forward. And then you will thrust both legs. Your right leg will go back while the left leg will go forward. Then you will repeat by bringing your right leg forward and left leg back.

Although the exercise is good for fat burning, you should also be careful with your calorie intake. You should avoid junk food and snacks such as potato chips. You should also take more veggies and fruits. As mentioned, you will need both exercising and dieting in order to lose weight.
