You exercise vigorously and at the end of the day start limping - this can in no way be a fine technique to reduce your weight.

- Begin with the walking session. The very first day of the first week must be a slow but steady walk for twenty minutes.

- The next day along increase the speed of walk a bit and it can be for the same time period. Also introduce some exercises for the upper part of the body. These can be free-hand exercises. You can take the help of the trainer to perform them in the exact way.

- Third day is the day for jogging. Break your walk schedule in two parts. First ten minutes can be walk followed by another ten minutes for slow jog.

- Begin some sit-ups and stretching exercises to mobilize the lower portion of the body. Don't stop the jogging and the walking part either.

- So by the end of the fifth day your perfect routine gets fixed up. You are well acquainted with the four divisions of your exercising schedule in the weight loss program. Work out with generosity and don't deceive yourself. This is the ultimate footnote to get successful results through the weight loss program.
