Go for a new sport or a new hobby, something that you have been longing to do for quite sometime but never got to because you were busy with your partner. Well now you have the time so go ahead and indulge.

Bear in mind that you are not alone. A friend or an acquaintance could just as easily be handling long distance relationships too. You may want to gather and have a girl's night out and exchange tips and advices. This may be a good way to learn and to let go of your anxieties.
