Facesitting involves one partner sitting on top of the other partner's face and pushing his or her genitals into it. The 'sixty-nine' position is also a popular variant of oral sex and involves both partners performing and receiving oral sex at the same time. Some people may also engage in types of oral sex known as autofellatio and autocunnilingus. Although very uncommon, these positions involve the person performing oral on him or herself.
