Rentals are also available. But of course, you have to pay a certain amount and you only get to use the audiobook for a period of time. Just like libraries, someone else could borrow it first so if they have a lot of copies then good for you. Else, you should just wait until it is returned. The availability also depends on what language. If you want to learn a rare language, then chances are it will also be rare. You can also browse through websites. Some sites offer free downloadable versions. So just keep on browsing and checking in a lot of websites.
